This scenario was created by Mike Loucks (loucks@see.com) in April of 2000 for the anniversary of the Apollo 13 mission.  It shows the Apollo 13 Trajectory, along with the trajectories that would have been flown had there been no maneuvers after the accident, and had the PC+2 maneuver not been used.  The MCS is shown below.

 

This scenario requires STK/Astrogator if you wish to do anything other than animate. 

The ‘Miss’ satellite (with trajectory turned off by default) shows where the spacecraft would have flown had no maneuvers been performed after the accident.  The ‘NoPCPlus2’ satellite shows where the spacecraft would have landed (east of Madagascar) had the PC Plus 2 maneuver not been performed.
